We aim to deliver your order between 2-4 working days after order is placed.
The Order confirmation email is sent to your registered email address once we received your payment. Please ensure your inbox is not full and is able to receive new emails. If the email is not found in your inbox, please check the spam / junk folder.
Yes! Sometimes, we may be out of office with other events. Therefore, you will need to notify us 1 day in advance via Whatsapp at 9665 4684 with your Name and Order Number. 21 Bukit Batok Crescent #21-73 WCEGA Tower Singapore 658065 Monday to Friday 10am to 12.30pm
Your orders are usually collected by our third-party courier few days before delivery. You will receive an email notification, once your order is ready for dispatch. The email has a link for you to track the delivery status of your order.
The courier may attempt to re-deliver to you on another day. (Subject to their availability) After 2 failed delivery attempts, your order will be transferred back to our office. You will be required to provide your order confirmation for collection.

We accept the following modes of payment:
- PAYNOW
- Strips – VISA / MasterCard
- Bank Transfer
If you paid via PAYNOW or Credit Card, refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment.
Unfortunately, once you have made the payment, we will not allow any refund. We strictly do not exchange or accept any return items.
You will receive an email notification if the item is unavailable. A full refund will be processed back to your payment mode, if we are not able to exchange to another item at the same value.
We sincerely apologise for the mistake we made while packing. Kindly write in to us at info@mind.sg with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item delivered. Once the item has been verified, 1-to-1 exchange will be made at your address for free. (2-5 Working Days)
You may log in to your account and download the product in your order. Please take note that there is a maximum number of downloads and expiry date. In your account > Order History > Click on the order number > Look for the digital product on your list > Click on Download
There is a download link will expire after the download availability period or the number of download times is met, whichever earlier. Please note that there is no link refresh or refund should you miss the expiry date.
